Through a 2 stage tendered process we joined the team as a result of our recognised best value and commitment to provide the Architects/Clients vision of the project under a fixed price procurement route. Regular design and cost meetings were held to inform the Client of the decisions that were being made and formalise the agreed cost plan and contract.

The project consisted of the refurbishment of a 25,000ft², 5 floor listed graphics workshop to provide new health and fitness facilities. These included a new suspended tiled pool, steam and sauna, crèche, health and beauty area, gym, changing facilities, indoor golf, spin studio, 2 dance studios, roof terrace and associated back of house facilities.

The project involved close liaison with Earls Court Olympia Exhibition Halls as the site was within the grounds of the Olympia Exhibition Centre.

The works were carried out under a design and build JCT 2005 Contract.
