This project was based on the recommendations set out for facilities for players and officials in football stadia improvement criteria and is now viewed as a centre of excellence. Eight Private changing areas with their own adjacent shower areas were provided to a high specification, along with private referee changing areas, physiotherapy/first aid room, disabled changing facilities, large storage areas for team kit bags and a multi-purpose room.

This project had a rapid lead in to ensure the facility was operational for the football season. This was successfully achieved, without compromising the delivery of the project.
