Phil has over 17 years experience managing a wide range of projects from inception to operation. He specialises in master planning and phasing turnkey, complex refurbishments in operational environments. By understanding the leisure, retail and commercial markets he can work with clients to facilitate the initial brief and manage the delivery team to ensure the project is handed over on time, on budget and to a high quality. Phil is extremely innovative when solving complex construction issues and has introduced and developed a number of tools, which significantly enhanced production performance and improved business integration. This has provided many of his clients with increased revenue and improvements to their overall business.

Rachel has developed an in depth knowledge of costs in the leisure and retail sector over the last 15 years. Her core competency is to work with clients to formalise their business case and then guide a team through the feasibility, concept and detailed design of the scheme. This ensures that the development of the project aligns with the target cost and key deliverables that the business case has defined. She also provides clear contractual advice in order that the client can manage the risk and consider the variety of procurement options available.

Rob's 12 years experience in construction have been primarily based in the leisure sector and have enabled him to establish a close working relationship with suppliers. This has encouraged an open, fresh approach throughout the procurement process and has enabled VincentStokes to develop a partnered supply chain, which consistently provides best value on projects. He creates an open, professional and honest environment, and ensures that one of our key business drivers is delivered by ensuring payments are made on time.

Mark is responsible for the timely and safe delivery of our projects to a high quality standard. Through his personal experience over the last 25 years in complex shell and fit out projects, he has developed a strong, proactive environment and a team that consistently deliver. For the last 10 years Mark has worked predominately in the leisure sector and often in operational environments, during which our clients have experienced minimal impact to their operations. As our core business is Design and Build, Mark's design management skills have ensured a coordinated design is implemented and his extensive technical expertise in this sector has proved effective in the delivery of fast track, high quality projects.
