Working with the client we developed a scheme for the whole of the hotel's ground floor, which could be phased and implemented in line with their refurbishment budget.

The initial phase was the Mistral Carvery which involved modernising an area of 170 covers within the client's target budget, inclusive of sprinkler alterations and new survey provisions.
