VincentStokes were pleased to be appointed principal contractor with a new client; the project to strip out two existing cafe retails areas within separate leisure centre facilities in Surrey. Logistics to and from the site, in conjunction with minimising noise and dust adjacent to the client’s staff and members of the public, required a high level of co-ordination. A number of large changes to the original programme increased the planning and co-ordination required on two small footprint sites. Works were successfully completed to time and budget and we have been awarded an additional contract by the centre direct as a result of this.
