We have worked with Holmes Place over the last three years, managing their refurbishment programme. Through developing an understanding of the needs of the club, we are able to produce a schedule of works in which budgets can be allocated, thus assisting in pre-planning works. This experience ensures we achieve best value from the market's supply chain. We then manage the interface between contractors and operations and ensure the work takes place successfully, on time and within the allocated budget.
