We provided strategic cost advice and management at all stages of the project life cycle. In this role we assisted with the initial feasibility study followed by a more detailed cost plan in order to secure bank funding. We then carried out the independant monthly valuations to allow draw down from the funders and to ensure that the cost and programme status was closely monitored and verified.
