The Club located within a Grade B Listed Building and situated within a prime city centre location, required careful and detailed strategic and logistical planning both prior to and during the construction phases in order to ensure minimum disruption to the members and neighboring properties. The Club remained open to members throughout the duration of the works. The newly refurbished areas include a new clinic and health assessment suite, new spin studio, new aerobics studio, new relax area, increased cardio fitness suite, refurbished changing rooms, refurbished spa and refurbished reception area. The project was successfully handed over on time, on budget and to the Clients highest quality standards.
