This very was a very challenging refurbishment of an operational health club, refurbishing the following areas:
1 Reception and changing room WC's this included the following:
a. Renew pipework new floor and wall finished
b. New vanity, IPS and WC cubicles
c. New Sanitary
d. New ceilings
e. General decorations.
2 Changing rooms
a. Renew pipe work in ceiling void
b. New ceilings
c. New locker fronts, panels and trims
d. New skirting's
e. New vanity stations
3 Showers
a. New floor and wall tiles
b. New ceilings
c. New shower controls and pipework
The brief was to complete the refurbishment using temporary shower pods whilst the Male members were using cordoned off areas of the changing rooms as they were being refurbished was being refurbished. A close interface was needed with the operations team to ensure the safe and smooth running of the project.
