Under a negotiated design and build procurement route we delivered a high quality 3800ft² club house alongside 9 outdoor football pitches.

The shell is constructed of cladding and rendered block work and provides male and female changing facilities, reception and lounge areas.

The project was situated on a College site and therefore clear communication and health and safety was paramount for the success of the project. The project was delivered on time and budget with good feedback from the College team and SIS the specialist pitch contractor who we worked alongside closely.
