Project: Reebok Sports Club – Canary Wharf
Client: Canada Square Health & Fitness Ltd.Value: £500,000 Duration: 6 months Role: Project and Construction Management We initially provided Due Diligence for Barclays Bank when the Reebok Club was bought by Canada Square Health & Fitness Ltd. Providing strategic programming and cost advice, we developed and implemented a maintenance and refurbishment plan which aided purchasing discussions and assisted in a dramatic uplift of customer sales and retention. Located in Canary Wharf, we had to liaise and coordinate all works through the Estates Management Team and work to demanding quality, programme and safety criteria and constraints
