This was a phased operational refurbishment that required constant clear communication with the operational team to ensure the success of the project.

A multiple phased project included the reconfiguration and refurbishment of a 3500ft² gym and associated changing facilities. A full refurbishment of the pool side village change area to provide a dry/wet facility onto poolside. The restaurant and reception areas were also refurbished as part of the scheme.
