Virgin Active took over Holmes Place in 2007 and in turn had a multi million pound re-branding programme to undertake. VincentStokes formed part of their partnered team to deliver the 58 club re-branded portfolio in 4 months. We worked closely with the team to understand the developing brand and implement any changes within the agreed timescales.
It was imperative as a new operator in their recently acquired clubs, that the customers were not effected by the rebranding programme. After careful consideration and planning the project was delivered with minimal impact to the customer base.
