Project: Yo! Royal Festival Hall, 2010
Client: Yo! SushiValue: £700,000
Duration: 6 Weeks
Role: Main Contractor
VincentStokes were appointed as the principal contractor to strip out an existing retail shop unit and fit out a new Yo! Sushi restaurant on the ever popular Southbank in London. Logistical issues of working below concert halls and bounded by the River Thames / County Hall in addition to Royal visits from home and Foreign Countries to the building required programmes to be by the hour of a day. Constraints which required the site to be not seen and not heard tested all the suppliers. The full fit out including drainage works and external adaption to a very small programme with new never tested ceiling features all helped to create a new flagship unit for Yo! Sushi in a desirable location for any retail chain. The project was completed successfully to the client, landlord and customers satisfaction.
