Set in a new high profile shopping mall in the city center the Restaurant is in a prime entrance location for the client. Landlord constraints of the mall opening and tight security logistics to the site required strategic planning and co-ordination both before and during the construction process.
The new shop incorporates all the bespoke conveyor belt and joinery as well as a new feature shop front and ceiling feature rafts for maximum attraction.
The project was successfully handed over on programme and budget and is trading well for the client.
