The new Restaurant was set in the refurbished section of the Cribbs Causeway Shopping Mall. The constraints imposed by the mall required noise to be kept to a minimum during operational times throughout the day and deliveries were to be kept to a minimum. Due to the design of the shop entering the mall and a sloping stair the site was constantly at view to the public. Access was maintained via the rear fire exit during the day and though the pre finished self supporting hoarding during out of hours.

The short programme was maintained by new methods of installation of the screed and floor tiles gain from experience in the leisure sector. The installation required complete co-ordination of all client directs and the installation of new feature wall with various finishing features in conjunction isolated stand alone bespoke joinery units requiring power and data.
