An abnormal site which required the complete removal of an existing restaurant and installation of an all new unit. The open plan unit is located on the fifth floor of the high profile Harvey Nichols food court in Knightsbridge.
The total scheme upon receipt of order to handover to the client was achieve in less than five weeks. The 3 three construction programme on site was on a rotation shift cycle to maximise the logistical issue's of deliveries with the main shop and reduce the interface with the customers. Minor activities were also carried out during the day.
The successful completion of the scheme was handed over to the client 1 day ahead of programme to allow for staff training to prepare for a large corporate event on the second day of trading.
