The new Restaurant was set in the upper level of Westfield prestigious shopping centre. As the site had been inherited partly through the construction, the works had to be assessed and stripped back to the core shell to ensure that the tight timescales imposed could be achieved and managed correctly.

The site with its tight timescales ran as 24 hour site with deliveries times set to the hour. This is conjunction with new conceptual joinery and feature diagonal wall for the restaurant required a fast track and very highly detailed co-ordination of all trades. This successful project was delivered on time for the grand opening of the Westfield Shopping Centre and has since exceeded all expectations from an operation level.
