The existing restaurant required the completed refurbishment of the existing. The level of refurbishment required near complete removal of the existing finishes and ceilings. Changing design on day 2 of the works to incorporate a new feature sprayed soffit ceiling in lieu of cleaning down the existing was also absorbed on a tight schedule with a very confined site. The new works in included both refurbished and new joinery, new floor and wall finishes, full decoration and installation of new feature lighting and signage.
