As the Director of Development at Outpost Management I had the pleasure of collaborating with Vincent Stokes for the design and fit-out of a high-end gym and pet spa within our market-leading build-to-rent development, Enclave: Kinds Cross. The team’s approach was characterized by a remarkable blend of professionalism, creativity, and efficiency. They delivered the complex project on time and on budget, showcasing their commitment to meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality. Outpost Management, our stakeholders and the residents are all very impressed
with the end product.

VincentStokes was instrumental in the delivering of a huge refurbishment programme for both Fareham Leisure Centre and Holly Hill Leisure Centre. The £6.8 million investment was a significant investment for the Council, so it was crucial for it to be delivered despite the challenges of COVID. Fareham Borough Council was delighted with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend VincentStokes for similar projects.

VincentStokes have been our delivery partner over the past 15 years. Hobbledown was never going to be an easy task – however, they successfully managed us through planning, design development/ coordination and delivery. As a team we’ve navigated our way through the scheme alongside a pandemic and the challenges of Brexit! We always feel that we’re in safe hands with them and that they truly have our best business interests at heart.

This was our first project with VincentStokes and certainly won’t be our last. Their planning and execution is meticulous and the best I have seen. As well as their professionalism they brought a can do, human approach to the project and have relieved me of many sleepless nights!

VincentStokes have worked very closely with our own managers to create a one-team approach. That’s not just in terms of clear and constant communication but also means that VincentStokes have responded quickly to any issues and been quick to come up with solutions or alter the planned work schedule to accommodate any operational requirements. The company understands our business and takes the same care over it as we do, which is why we’ve recommended them to other gym operators.

Throughout the Mode Club project, the team at VincentStokes displayed remarkable flexibility and support, ensuring that every aspect of the construction process ran smoothly. Their commitment to accommodating our needs and addressing any concerns promptly was truly commendable. Their knowledge of the industry was definitely very helpful. Not only did the team at VincentStokes deliver on their promises, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that the project was completed to the highest standards on time and on budget.
